Paracetamol (650 mg) – reduces fever and relieves pain such as headaches, muscle pain, and joint pain
Phenylephrine hydrochloride (10 mg) – a nasal decongestant that clears a blocked nose and sinuses
Pheniramine maleate (20 mg) – an antihistamine that reduces symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes

Dosage & Directions for Use:
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a cup of hot (not boiling) water
Stir well and drink while warm
Take 1 sachet every 4-6 hours if needed
Do not exceed 3 sachets in 24 hours

Do not use with other products containing paracetamol
